Our condolences to the Hatch family and the West Bridgewater
Fire Department of Massachusetts. FireFighter Charles Hatch,
48, a member of the West Bridgewater Fire Department since
2001 and a 33 year veteran FireFighter-EMT-Paramedic died
Thursday January 22, 2004. Charles died from a heart attack
following a box alarm.
Charles was a member of the International Association of
Firefighters AFL-CIO and Professional Firefighters of
Massachusetts (PFFM). He also worked part-time at Caritas
Norwood Hospital as a Paramedic.
Our brother Charles is survived by his mother Alice and his
father the late Charles Hatch. Calling hours for Charles
will be held on Monday January 26, 2004 3-7PM at
Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home in Hanson. A funeral
will be held for Charles on Tuesday January 27, 2004 10AM
at Temple Baptist Church in West Bridgewater followed by
internment at Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson. The family has
