Dart, 62, a founding member of the Sugar Camp Fire Department died Friday, November 2, 2001. Dennis was operating
at a motor vehicle fire when he suffered a heart attack and died.
Dennis was a volunteer in many ways. He was on the town board for 20 years and past president of the Lions Club. In
1993 he was named the Sugar Camp Community Volunteer of the Year.
Our brother, Dennis is survived by his wife Carol, sons Michael and Thomas, and daughter Patty. Viewings for Dennis will be held Monday, November 5, 4-8PM and Tuesday 10-11AM at the Carlson Funeral Home in
Rhinelander. Visitation and a funeral mass will follow the viewing on Tuesday at St. Kunegunda Catholic Church midway
between Rhinelander and Eagle River. Following the mass, burial, St. Kunegunda Catholic Church Cemetery. Professional
Firefighters of Wisconsin Honor Guard are assisting the Funeral Home and family with arrangements and will be providing
the Honor Guard.
