Our condolences to the Hollingsworth family and the Clement Fire Department of Autryville, North Carolina. Deputy Chief Jeffrey Hollingsworth, 38, a veteran of the Clement Fire Department, died November 30, 2006. Jeffrey had responded to an early morning structure and brush fire, clearing the scene after 2AM. Later that morning he visited his doctor complaining of chest pains. He was released, but went to the hospital later that day. He was admitted to Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton and died from his injuries later that evening.

     Our brother Jeffrey leaves behind his wife, Cynthia. A visitation was held for Jeffrey on Saturday December 2, 2006 6-8PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. A funeral was held for Jeffrey on Sunday December 3, 2006 3PM at Union Grove Baptist Church in Lexington, followed by a burial in the church cemetery.
