FireFighter Joseph Craft, 33, a volunteer with the Penn Hills Universal Volunteer Fire Department died Tuesday
Septmeber 3, 2002. He was found by his brother firefighters returning from a house struck by lightning call. He
was found in one of the company's trucks. He was pronounced dead at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville
having suffered cardiac arrest from a congenital heart defect.
Visitation for Joseph was held Thursday September 5, 2002 at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home in Pittsburg.
A funeral was held Saturday September 7, 2002. A memorial fund has been established and donations can be
