Our condolences to the Murray family, the Sharon Township Fire
and the Medina Township Fire Department of Ohio. FireFighter Jeffery
Murray, 40, a member of the Sharon Township Fire Department and a
former member of the Medina Township Fire Department, died Tuesday
February 13, 2007. Jeff had responded to a call during adverse weather
conditions. Upon returning to his home, he collapsed and was
unresponsive. He was transported to Medina General Hospital where
he was unable to be revived.
Our brother Jeff leaves behind his wife Cheryl, his son Joshua, and
his daughter Abigail. Calling hours for Jeff will be held on Saturday
February 17, 2007 3-8PM at Walker Funeral Home in Norwalk. A funeral
service will be held for Jeff on Sunday February 18, 2007 2PM at First
United Methodist Church in Norwalk. Memorial contributions can be
