Kevin Baker, 39, a member of the Mid-North Johnson County Volunteer Fire Department for only a month, died Sunday
April 7, 2002. Kevin was assisting in the medical airlift of a gunshot victim just after midnight when he collapsed due to
a massive heart attack. Kevin was transported by ambulance to Huguley Memorial Medical Center where he was
pronounced dead.
Our brother Kevin leaves behind a fiancee and three children, 11, 15, 17. A memorial service was held Thursday, April
