3/8/01 Waterbury Home Mortgage Program

I was contacted by WFD Lt. Frank Giordano about a mortgage program for Waterbury municipal employees that some of our members are already benefiting from. The CHFA program is for Waterbury municipal employees who purchase a home in Waterbury. It does not have to be the buyers first home purchased. You receive a low interest rate 30 year CHFA mortgage and a loan/grant for up to $35,000.00. If you stay in the home for 5 years, you do NOT have to pay back the loan/grant. 3/05/01 Attention WFD Members and Retirees

The membership vote on the proposed Overtime Guidelines will be held Thursday, March 14, 2002, from 1500-1900 hours at the Union Office in the Elton Hotel. The regular March meeting of Local 1339 will follow the vote at 1900 hours.
