Our condolences to the Burns family and the Pittsburgh Bureau
of Fire of Pennsylvania. FireFighter Richard Burns, 43, a
9 year veteran of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire, died Saturday
May 24, 2008. Richard was found deceased in the firehouse by
his brother firefighters of Engine Company #12 from a cause
still to be determined.
A visitation for Richard will be held on Monday May 27, 2008
2-4PM and 6-8PM and also on Tuesday May 28, 2008 2-4PM and
6-8PM at Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home in Pittsburgh. A funeral
service for Richard will be held on Wednesday May 28, 2008
10AM at St. Rosalia's Church in Pittsburgh.
